Happy Pride Month Everyone! I know this is a bit late but I figured I should still do one. This isn't a usual happy celebration post. If that's what you're expecting, this isn't it. This is a more serious, but still uplifting message.

I'm gonna be blunt, I know things suck right now no matter where you are in the world, especially as someone who's in the queer community or anyone who is "different" by the strict bullshit societal norms for that matter.

But I know I don't need to tell you that. You live that reality every fucking day like myself and everyone else... But I want to say one thing that I'm sure you've heard a hundred times over as well but it's true. Things WILL get better for us, all of us, I know they will.

Shit's scary and fucked up right now but please don't be afraid. Keep being authentically, un-apologetically yourself in every way you can, loud and proud. Don't listen to those who are "normal" and want you to fit into their little comfortable boxes or change yourself to be what they think you should be. Keep being different, keep proving that you're here to stay and that you are going nowhere. Stand your ground and love each other while having each others backs, we're all brothers/sisters/siblings in this mess together and we will survive.

This may seem like a random note but, the 77 in my name comes from one of my favorite games ever, Cyberpunk 2077. I'm bringing that up for a reason.

This message isn't just for the queer community, but any community or group of people that others hate or try to hurt simply for just existing. Whenever someone EVER fucking tries to beat you down or hurt you simply for being "different," or whatever dumb shit they wanna push. Whether it be homophobia/transphobia, racism/sexism or any other form of bigotry they wish to throw at you. Remember a quote from Johnny Silverhand out of context:

"Remember, you're better than them."

No matter how "different" or "strange" you are according to them, you will ALWAYS be better than a hateful person. ALWAYS.

So everyone, please stay strong, stay safe, and keep your heads held high and be proud of yourself no matter who you are. We will survive and we will see a brighter and happier future. Keep pushing forward. I love you all.

As the title says, I just got a new tablet! It wasn't really a planned thing, but I got one and even though it's not designed for art I found out that you can just get a plug-in pen that you can use to turn about any tablet or phone into a budget art one. Already got my eyes on a Sonarpen and once I can afford that and a decent case, I'll get Krita on there and begin making some non-pixel art for a change.

I love pixel art, don't get me wrong. However, I've mainly been doing it a lot lately because my old art tablet was never the greatest due to the colors never matching my monitor no matter how much I messed with the settings and the bottom of the screen always having my cursor off-center. Recently, one of the buttons quick working and that was the final straw for me and I haven't used it since.

I am NOT abandoning pixel art, not by a long-shot. I love it and it makes my love of computers, gaming and retro stuff even stronger than it already was, lots of happy brain chemicals from it. I just wish to explore regular drawing again and try to apply my traditional skills to digital a little bit. I'm probably gonna do several regular drawings back-to-back for a bit as I get used to it and then I'm going to go back and forth until I get comfortable with the differences between the two mediums and learn what strong-suits they have so I know what would make a better regular digital drawing and what would do better as pixel art.

Now for the other updates:

Even though it seems like my non-lewd drawings do worse than my lewd ones in most places, I want to try to start working more on some non-sexual stuff from time-to-time just so I can explore my skills more and get myself off the mindset of "if it's not sexual, why draw it?" In the near future I will most likely be doing some SFW character art, maybe some memes and probably scenes and landscapes occasionally. Just like with pixel art, no, this new stuff will not replace the NSFW, trust me. I'm an adult artist first and foremost and always will be.

For the next update, I'm actually eyeing up some music tracker software and will be looking into a controller keyboard soon so I will start messing around with music soon-ish. I'm gonna start with more retro-inspired stuff and keep going with that until I can afford the full package of FL Studio, then it's gonna be a mixture of tracker music and digital audio workstation (DAW) music.

On top of that, I want to start properly learning how to play my guitars (acoustic and electric) and mess around with my two keyboards to try to start actually learning how to make music. I've never really done more than strum and play randomly and would like to finally change that into actual skill.

Final update, I've gotten back on track with writing a little bit here and there. I realized the reason I never really finished anything is because I always wanted to start HUGE multi-chapter, or sometimes even, multi-WORK projects and all that did was stress me out and make me never finish. So to start out, I plan to do little smutty one-shots over on my Inkbunny, some original and maybe a few fanfics. I was gonna try to do one every week but I don't think my creative juices are that strong yet so just expect maybe one a month but no promises on that either, still working my way up to working consistently.

Thank you for reading my word-vomit and I look forward to creating more cool stuff for you guys in the future!

I just wanted to make a small update post that I'll cross-post here and on my Inkbunny about how I'm going to be handling my older art from here on out.

About a year ago I had a flash-drive die and I lost literally years worth of digital art. This actually sorta traumatized me and for a good while I went back to strictly traditional art since then they'd be in sketchbooks where they couldn't be corrupted or deleted. I only recently actually came back to pixel-art in the passed few months and, with the help of my sister, have been going back through my Discord messages to find as many of my old pics as we can. Thankfully, we found a lot of them and I have been and will be continuing to restore them and touch them up to upload mainly just to put all my art in one place and archive my progress. Sadly, it'll take a bit for a good few of them since I've needed to fix them as Discord's compression basically nuked with anti-aliasing and a bunch of the details are now a blurry mess...

A lot of my art that I've posted on here and IB has been edited versions of old with minor updates to make them look at least a little bit better. Most of it was just adding my new texturing technique (that I may or may not already be phasing out as it looks kinda dumb and lazy imo) and some BASIC shading.

I'll admit, it's kinda fun touching up some older pics and making them look at least slightly better but after posting a proper new pic on to my Inkbunny, I realized that my style is changing a good bit and now it looks jarring next to some of my older pictures.

From here on out, if a pic is originally an older one, I will be putting it in the description to mark it as such. I'm mainly just doing this since it bugs me how my newer stuff may clash with my older stuff.

I don't know if anyone would really notice or care but I figured I'd make a post in case anyone was curious why some posts are marked "old art."

I've never been the best at first posts so I figure I'd just get it out of the way... Um... Hi? You can call me Jasper, I'm a twenty-three year old bi guy who likes way too many fictional men, especially of the furry variety and even better if they are toon men...

I'm an artist and a (fanfic / smut) writer who also wants to get into a bunch of other things like game development, music, 3D modelling, voice acting and a few other things too.

I'm pretty tech nerdy and I also consider myself on the goth / punk / metalhead side of the sub-culture spectrum with a heavy love of cyberpunk stuff too.

Well, I don't want this post to be too long so I think I'll end it here. Nice to meet you! If that's something people say on intro posts... Socializing isn't a strong suit of mine, okay? See ya! Xb
